Welcome Friends

My name is Pamela Frakes Wilcox. I am a partner with Robertson, Wilcox & Statham, P.C., 139 S. Cherry Street, Galesburg, IL. On October 29, 2009 I announced my intention to run in the Republican primary for the position of 9th Judicial Circuit Judge at large, currently held by retiring Circuit Judge Stephen C. Mathers.

I have practiced law with the Galesburg, Illinois, law firm for 20 years. I was born and raised in Galesburg, and graduated from Galesburg High School in 1972. I graduated from Illinois State University in December 1975, with a B.A. in English, and graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas, in May 1989.

I have attained, and maintained, board certification since 2001 in Consumer Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification, and have presented numerous seminars on bankruptcy law for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the Illinois State Bar Association. I was selected by my peers as an Illinois Super Lawyer for 2007, 2009 and 2010.

I believe that my dedication to hard work, an ethical practice, and experience in representing clients in Knox, Warren, Hancock, McDonough, Henderson, Fulton, and Henry Counties provide me with a broad background as a judicial candidate.

Thank you for visiting my campaign website. I sincerely appreciate your support and hope that you will cast your vote for me in the upcoming election.

I look forward to serving you in the 9th Judicial Circuit!
